This privacy notice describes how RBD GROUP LLC, doing business as 2 Men and a Pig ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our services — including visiting 2menpig.com, ordering through our fundraiser platform at fundraisers.2menpig.com or orders.2menpig.com, booking catering, or engaging with us at sales and events.

1. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information you provide directly to us:

Name, email address, and phone number when you place an order, create an account, or contact us
Order details: the items you purchase, your chosen pickup day, and payment status
Contact preferences, including your choices about email and text-message communications
If you are a fundraiser team member or organizer, the name and contact details your organization provides so sales can be credited and logins can work

Payment data. We do not store your card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment processors — Square and PayPal/Venmo — and your payment details are handled under their privacy policies at squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy and paypal.com/us/legalhub/privacy-full.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect basic technical information when you visit — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring links — used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding how our services are used. Our website platforms may use cookies for these purposes.

We do not process sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. Fundraiser orders are placed by adult supporters; student participants are represented by their school or organization.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To fulfill and manage your orders — confirmations, payment status, pickup reminders, and other transactional communication about an order or fundraiser you're part of
To operate fundraiser accounts, credit sales to the right participants, and provide dashboards to organizations
To send marketing communications only if you opt in — such as emails or text messages about future fundraisers and BBQ sales. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can stop marketing texts at any time by replying STOP
To respond to your questions, quotes, and catering requests
For security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.

3. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING

When you opt in to receive text messages from us — order updates or promotional messages, each collected through its own separate opt-in on our order forms — we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent.

No mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent records are shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with our SMS delivery provider, solely to transmit the messages you requested.

Message frequency varies by program: order-update texts are limited to a few messages per order, and promotional texts are sent no more than twice per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for assistance.

4. WHEN WE SHARE INFORMATION

We never sell your information. We share it only as needed to run our services:

Service providers — payment processors (Square; PayPal/Venmo when an organization collects payments directly), our email delivery provider, our SMS delivery provider, and our website hosting platforms, each only to perform their service for us
The organization running the fundraiser you support — they can see orders placed for their fundraiser so they can manage pickup and credit their participants; organizations may not use supporter information for their own marketing
Business transfers — if our business is merged, sold, or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction
Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public

The SMS restrictions in Section 3 apply in all cases: mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared for marketing purposes.

5. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We keep your information as long as needed to fulfill orders, support the fundraisers you've participated in, meet tax and accounting requirements, and honor your communication preferences (including records of consent and opt-outs). When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Email marketing: unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email
Text messages: reply STOP to any message, or manage preferences at fundraisers.2menpig.com/optout
Your data: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing 2menpig@gmail.com — we will respond in accordance with applicable law

Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages your active order needs, such as receipts and pickup reminders.

California residents: California law permits you to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

7. DO-NOT-TRACK

No uniform standard for Do-Not-Track browser signals has been adopted, so we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted that applies to us, we will update this notice.

8. UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE

We may update this notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above and is effective as soon as it is posted.
